1. The service

RankPilot provides SEO diagnostics, monitoring, reporting and tools to apply changes you authorise to websites you control. RankPilot does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic or revenue outcome.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only add websites you own or are authorised to audit, and only connect CMS accounts you are authorised to manage.
• Review proposed changes before approving them. You are responsible for changes you approve or enable through automatic mode.
• Do not use RankPilot to attack, overload or scan systems you do not control, or to violate any law or third-party terms.

3. Accounts and security

Keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where possible. Notify us of unauthorised use.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan changes take effect at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise. Usage limits are enforced per plan. If a payment fails, a grace period applies, after which the workspace reverts to the Free plan with read-only access to existing data. Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Third-party services

Integrations with Google, WordPress, Shopify, payment, AI and data providers are subject to those providers' terms and availability.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled monitoring is periodic, not real-time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPilot's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
